Your new home, secured before you arrive. We plan your move with you, inspect homes in person with video (unlimited), handle your rental applications, negotiate the lease and connect your utilities. No rental, no fee.

Choose the level of help you want on the ground.
Groundwork: we collect the keys, measure against your shopping list, check utilities, complete your condition report, accept deliveries and unbox your mattresses.
Build Day: everything in Touch Down, plus we assemble a minimum of three pieces of furniture (depending on complexity) and as many more as we can fit into the day.
Final Touches (highly recommended): everything in Build Day, plus click-and-collect pick-up, kitchen set-up, beds made up and fresh groceries.

Yes. Our founder, Suja, is a registered land agent in South Australia (licence RLA347495). She also holds real estate qualifications for Victoria, where she is based. You can verify her registration at the Consumer and Business Services website.

Use a relocation agent like Homeward Australia. We inspect homes for you, send you videos and our honest view on the property, submit your application, and negotiate the lease/start date with your arrival, so you land with a home waiting. A strong application usually includes photo ID, proof of employment or income, visa details, references, recent bank statements and a cover letter explaining your move. We help you put this together and liaise with the agents.

Because you can't inspect homes from overseas, and in a tight market the first strong application usually wins. Rental vacancy rates across Australia have been below 2%, so good homes attract many applicants within days of listing. A relocation agent inspects properties in person, knows which suburbs suit your family, and submits complete applications quickly, so you are not competing from another time zone.

We don't cap the number of homes we inspect for you. If the first few aren't right, we keep looking, at no extra cost, until we find one that fits your needs.

You only pay our relocation fee if we secure a rental for you. If we can't find you a home, you don't pay for the search. Half our fee is due when you sign our contract and is fully refunded if we can't secure you a rental. The remaining half is due when we secure your lease.

Start planning two to three months before you move, and begin the active search four to six weeks before you arrive. Most rentals are advertised only a few weeks before they become available so searching too early can mean nothing suitable is listed yet. In the first planning stage, we help you choose suburbs, set a budget and prepare your application documents, so you are ready the moment the right home appears.
